I just noticed that one of my friends have a IE80 and some plan on buying UE900. Damn, those spoiled kids.

I
He's not much for making accounts; as I said, he's a lurker. If confirmation is what you're after, that's not likely to happen.

His point of view on the SE315 was more negative than I thought it would be, and he seems only to really use them out of necessity for drum monitoring. I've never personally heard anything from the legendary SE-series before, but if somebody whose highest headphone experience is an M50 says they're underwhelming, I'll take note. I don't see anything from the bottom half of Shure's in-ear range in my future...

I for one love my SE425's and welcome our Shure overlords.

Went to the exploratorium today and their exhibits use akg k77s (those that had an audio portion). Also there was an America's cup reporter doing a program about sf and the camera guy(for lack of a better word) had a pair of hd380s. I think there was also a worker with shures though I'm not sure because I didn't get a good look.

And the k77s in some of their exhibits

Edit: oh crap lol thanks to bowei for pointing out the lack of readability... Time to revise this XD

In Germany, no less. It must be one of only two or three in the entire country.
