^Was your post intentional? Audio engineering "sounds" boring? That can't have been accidental.

My head is spinning after reading that post. Like if you told a mechanic on a car forum that their job sucks. My head is going to explode.

Yes, it was intentional. If I loved headphones, I'd be looking to get into an electronic/design engineering degree.

Studying acoustics and how to mix music and stuff like that won't get you work at Sennheiser (I think), but you'll probably manage the land a job at a studio, or maybe start your own recording studio.

The "intentional" comment was referring to the massive pun that you crafted with your above post. "Audio engineering sounds boring."... lol

Thing is I don't want to design headphones or speakers. I want to master and mix music.

Sweet. Gl on your journey.

Thanks. I already have a place willing to hire me as well. Right when I finish the degree I will have work.
Best of all the full course is only 3 months long.

no cable = maybe detachable = not SRH240.

just saw more of the video.  single sided cable?  still not 240.

3rd try: god, i'm blind.  later in the video, you can see a y-cable.  240.

4th try: you didn't tell me there were girls in this video.  now i have to watch it again.

Montreal is pretty rich in nice headphones. Saw 3 M50s in the street + 2 coworkers that own some, twice Grados + two more coworkers who own some, HD25s a couple of times + 1 coworker, a Denon DJ hp, bunch of Portapros and a fair share of cheaper Senns and Shures. And a final coworker of mine owned HD 650s and is the one who introduced me to hifi.

On campus a few things that stood out to me were the Apple dual driver iems, S4, couple of Portapros, and a set of iems I did not recognize. One side of the cable was black and the other was white, and there were some silver rubber fins on the housings. They were plugged into a first gen D2 (first Cowon sighting for me besides my own). Also, I saw a pair of XB500s on a guy walking around in 100+ degree weather.
