I just visited the Lotte Mall at Jamsil (Seoul), South Korea. There were a lot of headphones and IEMs in their electronics store. They had a bunch of Westone IEMs, along with Beyerdynamic and Sennheiser headphones. I was pleasantly surprised. Granted, buying online is a cheaper option, but at least the gear is getting some exposure here.

What is that ??? Seen on Ebay; I tried to find out about these headphones but the search engine fails on this one. Most  puzzling because there should be some info as these were "professional" [presumably monitoring] headphones.

Google it with the search parameter called verbatim. Interestingly enough there's a Google page that shows a 1970s news column of trex releasing headphones during CES.

Found another hit but it's a for sale ad and it's pretty cheap. Sorry to burst your bubble.

But plugged into a rig tho?

I've seen some (retards) every now and then... went to jaben and a guy was considering buying a ps500e.... but running them out of his iPhone. No joke.

Grado's are among the easiest headphones to drive. Even the big ones. Honestly, the output from the iPhone is more than capable.
