Ran into a stranger with Portapros, turns out he bought them on recommendation from Head-fi. Also met a lady studying in the library with ATH-AD700s, the violet grills suited her well.

lol, must be a sound isolating room. Still, I do love the color on them. I wish I could spot some headphones, even SC or Beats. All I ever see are iBuds.

walking through London every day and commuting on the train etc. I'm always looking at peoples ears (not been slapped/punched/kicked yet) to see what buds/iem's they're rocking

Usually I get the deluge of ipod buds and JVC gummys and the odd CX300 or smokin'buds, I've never seen anything worthy of mention.
Yet something must have happened in the last 2 days..

Yesterday was Ultimate Ears day - saw 2 pairs of UETF10's and a pair of UESF5's with some Ety er6i's thrown in for good measure

today is Shure day, I've seen a pair of se115's and two pairs of se530's

which may not suprise most but when you walk down the street and EVERYONE has the ghastly ipod buds (apart from me of course

) seeing a nice triple BA phone sticking out of someones lugs is a nice suprise
