Eric, thanks for all the great work answering everybody's replies. Eventhough I haven't asked you a question in over 6 months, I still appreciate you responding to us.
 
Anyway, I have a question for you.
 
Back when the HE-500's came out, it was shipped with a black Canare cable. I would like to purchase it.
 
This is the correct cable on your site, yes? http://head-direct.com/Products/?act=detail&id=140
 
I know it says HE-400, but just wanted to make sure I can use this on my HE-500 (I'm pretty sure it can).
 
I heard the silver cable that came out later on is a bit dryer than the Canare, so I would like to try it out for myself.

Hi Eric,
I've recently ordered HE-500 headphones from Amazon.com and I received an information that my order will be sold by Kraft Street Audio, LLC. I checked authorized dealers list on HiFiMAN webpage and I haven't found it.  I noticed that the Kraft Street Audio, LLC. is located in the same exact place as Audio Advisor, which is an authorized dealer. Is Kraft Street Audio, LLC. an  authorized dealer ? How would the warranty work if Kraft Street Audio, LLC. is an authorized dealer and how it would work if it is not ? What should I do if I receive a faulty or defective product and I am living outside the US ?
