Yes, even with my cheap NAD CD player and NAD pre-amp head out they rock, but, with the vinyl rig they PWN.

These fones can take the edge of a typical Canadian indie band's hard edged CDs.

But can they take the edge off of Nickelback?! That's the real question.

Yes they can, just unplug the phones from the amp, instant gratification.

No, I'm not from Toronto, or Ontario. Creative Audio in Winnipeg, and this is their first pair.

Well, by looking at your system, why not just buy both the GS1000 and PS1000.

Yes I know. Normally I buy top model and then dont come some ideas about "How playing better model?". I upgrade my system very much times. And its wrong way! Very expensive!

I got very very good offer for GS1000. Then now you know why? Both type I dont need. Very soon come Beyerdynamic t1. And when its good like I read on internet, then I buy it too...

i wonder how the x-can sounds with those? i had one(modded) that i sold a long time ago. maybe it sounds good because it is a hybrid amp. pure tubes like the hp4 i don't like with the ps1000.

Grr too bad these cost 2600+ usd in europe. One day grado might realise that they product are considered as extremely overpriced by non us people (a sr60 costs 160$)

Seeing that nice xcan pic makes me think of mine. I need to turn it on again at one point, it is just sitting getting dusty for the last ten or eleven months. I still use my other x v3 components on my living room stereo but headphones are in my office rarely in the living room.
