Can't say I'm being tempted by the Fokus Triumph from the first two posters as it stands right now, especially when I already have the Falcon Pro Max that I'm very happy with (except some small things that I can overlook)!

I am in the camp with you. Head-Fi is just a very small segment of who buys these, and if the only 2 on this site are having issues, it doesn't bode well. I am sure they will recover like they did from one of their big dollar IEMs socket incidents(Khan I think).

10 cases to be exact,

Or to be more clear, only 10 out of the build batch have been issued to the end user.

Regarding flying out to check on things. I was scheduled to fly out to begin with, I fly out essentially every month and spend 1-2 weeks with our suppliers/vendors/dealers & attend shows. (There is a show in Shanghai March 30/31)

Fortunately this isn't a unsurmountable situation.

Geesh you kinda gave the illusion you were flying out for this issue. I guess you could remove the superhero cape now.

Putting out fires is pretty much routine, which is why we have boots on the ground and it is helpful I live a 2 hour plane ride away.
