Ikko new TWS, arrived.

Interesting that you can use apps (music apps) directly without need of a phone.

It's a V shape tuning and ANC is quite good ,well against my expectations.

Pretty snappy interface and had an update out if the box.

Genuinely pretty cool and so much better than the other almost pointless screen tws.

You'd want the SQ to be extreme though as in assuming the screen only works with the ikko?

Edit* As in, can't connect another tws

Mine are coming on Monday & will compare them to the Bose Ultras. I have almost no experience with TWS. The Aviots are on the way and Thursday ordering the Senns M4s. This is all new and exciting
You're really going all in. Love it and looking forward to a fresh take on these new releases from some one who isn't use to TWS

Is it software problem or corrosion of the pins? My unit finally has the problem of not disconnecting from the phone after closing the case. And sometimes it connects only one side. It’s a shame cause the sound is quite good. Easily on par with BTR7 even with the paltry AAC codec
Before I bought the Shure TW2 adapters I checked with the a local shop and was told the Fiio adapters were plagued with software issue and their product support is almost nonexistent.

Correct you can listen using only the ear buds that come with them connected with your phone or standalone.

Decided to bring them to the market and used them standalone , downloaded a few Spotify items plus apple music.

The sound carries some good punch and lively. The ANC works well and I cannot hear anything when by the milk section 😃

Moving to the phone is pretty quick , I just use the BT menu on the phone to move the connection

Thank you for your comments about them. Please keep us updated.

I keep discovering new brands carrying TWS. Today I saw in productred's signature that even Monte Blanc has a model! I don't think it's an off-the-shelf with their name added. With e-mems, the market is going to explode more than ever. Is there an enthusiasts' website like head-fi, that concentrates on wireless tech?
Oh boy Oh boy! These are the 2 driver AVIOT's....they could get delivered tomorrow with the Techniques!

Yeah, just engineers having fun. The real fun comes when you can take a clean sheet approach though. Yes for TWS you have to work within the tech available, so this is why we’re seeing all the crazy design ideas in IEM’s and Headphones.
I simply don’t have it within me to lay down 3-5k dollars for one of these crazy IEM’s. I know I’ll hate something about it and be pissed I bought it, and I hate the hassle of returning something; especially for that price. 😀

The price to value ratio is definitely in the mid-fi space. I don’t know anything about 3000 iems and never will. But it’s cool that there is a market for that even if it’s not for me. Some people would never pay 10 grand for a watch and to real watch snobs 10k is mid grade.

Here's a big, huge, benefit of going BT TWS.....a $3,500 DAP...is not necessarily going to sound better than a $199. one, playing BT only. Think about it. Why have all that expensive hardware converting, sampling, and doing other magic, when the BT signal does not use it? HMMMM, that cuts off big spending for us consumers but........not a benefit for the Audio industry that needs to make a profit selling hardware.

Anyone know of a site like Head-fi, dedicated to TWS?
