Being the madman not called Pithy here, I bought the Phantom today. Now slaving home on transit testing these things. Only stock Aries off 3.5 SE though.

Curious how I use to consider it too warm and having too much bass. And now I think it sounds great. Dont really need a Leo II anymore.

At least I didnt take my spanking new IEMs to a belt sand and an acid bath :p

Plus I like to recoup as much of my costs as possible in case I ever sell.

@Deezel177 Got em just in time for me to do the mixing this week at church. Literal baptism by fire!

Also obligatory, I can't believe this is only 5 BAs.

brief impressions

Dita Oslo v Truth (using U8 and Trio)

Aside from the obvious ergonomical differences, it is a more subtle and refined cable than the truth, whereas the Truth tightens everything up and increasing the dynamic contrast, the tension and spaces between notes, Oslo relaxes the proceedings offering a more nuanced, “analogue” take without masking or obscuring details. quite interesting...

Can't seem to find the Oslo online - what price are they going for at the moment?

$599, I have link to music-sanctuary where you can buy it now and also a link to Dita contact to order it directly, in my review here.

got them at the hk show “special discount” for $500
"Special Discount" indeed. They're still making a killing with that price. Imagine the markup.
