Excellently. The easiest way to describe it is that together they don't have a sound signature to me; just revealing.

Muchas gracias. I've seen pix of the amp before but I didn't expect it to be that small until you put it up next to your Nano & TG!334. One of the Tokyo Head-fiers have the UHA-6S MkII but Currawong has got my TG!334 with std SE & 000 balanced cables at the moment - but it's a combo that I'd love to give a shot.

Oh dear, I have exactly the UHA6SMKII coming its way to me fitted with OPA209. I ordered a pair of OPA627AP just in case. Now, where did you get that LOD? =)

If you were to just stick the tg334 in my ears and didn't tell me what it was, I don't think I'd be able to tell you it's a multi-BA with any kind if confidence. It has a lot of dynamic driver qualities to me. Fluid, even organic.

Versus the k3003, I'd say like the k3003 treble better; I just love that brassy tonality but the tg334 is more resolving to me. The tg334 sounds 'bigger'. The soundstage is very tall to me. While I don't get the impression of a super wide soundstage like an ex1000 it still seems so much bigger from top to bottom and so... 'roomy'. The Merlin is gone but it rivals, of not bests the Merlin here.

Imaging is fantastic. Best mids I've heard. What a special earphone.

Cool that you like them that much from the start.

One thing I noticed from the beginning was how fast they are too. Notes just start and stop instantly, which creates such a sense of distinctness to instruments... and I think that ultimately helps add to their special sense of space (and spatial placement), while as you said not conveying the ultimate in sheer width (like the EX1000).

Anyone feel that the reverb is a bit too much?

I like almost everything about this IEM, even compare to 335 (universal version) I think 334 still have benefit, and I know some people that prefer 334 over 335 (universal version). What a bit bothering me is both of them has mild reverb like closed headphone.

just received 4.Ai and 3.Ai this morning
biggrin.gif
, the 4.Ai is really amazing

How come you receive urs so fast? I thought the shipping date was sept I think it should be clarified that Cutieboy is an "indepedent dealer" much like Jaben is for us and it is common for such indivuduals to recieve their merchandise, product samples etc before the general public. Cutieboy posting in this manner may not be within forum guidelines.

As stated before, shipping is projected to be Sept 1.

i only spend with my 4.Ai and 3.Ai only 2 days , i really surprise with the sound quaility of 4.Ai at 400$ price ( not include shipping )
the 4.Ai is really amazing with neutral sound , treble extend better than fitear 334 and soundstage bigger than fitear 334 , bass more balance and better bass speed than fitear 334
however , fitear 334 mid smoother than 4.Ai , more suitable for vocal and more powerful bass than 4.Ai , better image than 4.Ai

actually i think sound sign of both 4.Ai and fitear 334 are not the same , they are totally different like fitear 111 vs fitear 334 , so i can't tell you which one is better

actually , i had a chance to get both K3003 and Fitear 334 and i find they own totally different sound signature . AKG K3003 is much brighter than fitear 334
3003 sound more analytical than 334 , but the fitear 334 is smoother than 3003 and better coherance just like nhat_thanh said however  ............  i prefer fitear334 than 3003 because 334 is really smooth , i rarely find any flaw during whole song ......Fitear 334 is really the best universal IEM i ever heard

Shouldn't cutieboy1428 be an MOT (Member Of the Trade), and as such refrain from posting impressions?

NOTE that the post quoted by FullCircle (cutieboy1428's) was later edited as people began to wonder why cutieboy1428 had received the 4.Ai earlier than ordinary customers --hence FullCircle's response-- which should be getting their sets in September

Did not see that post and because of him not have a MOT title i did not realise that, just thought he was a normal member, especially after the impressions he just posted, therefore he should not post any more and remove the last impressions he posted. I agree with you guys there!

Although the post should be invalidated on the basis of forum rules, the impressions were fairly in line (with minor differences) with what I heard between the 334 and 4A...

I think cutieboy is somehow ignorant of forum rules, but may not necessarily be expressing an opinion that is misrepresenting either product.
