Yeah A8000 now high on my list. I've had fun exploring hybrids and tribrids lately but I'm being pulled back to the humble single DD again!
I think you will enjoy A4000 given our shared taste in electronic music. Excellent detail, nice sub bass, crisp treble and an overall very musical tuning. In fact, I'd say a no-brainer for you!
I had the E5000 in late 2020 but didn't have a decent source at the time, I'm tempted to buy again as I'd say the M9 would drive them well.
Final A8000 is one of the best IEMs I have ever had the pleasure to unbox and listen, thanks to my local hifi store. I think you will love A8000. Much more conventional tuning, yet everything is tact sharp and resolving. A4000 is no where near or similar to A8000, IMHO.
E5000 and E3000 are the only IEMs in my collection that show audible improvement moving from Apple dongle to a powerful portable amp. The negative thing, IMHO, is that they encourage loud listening due to the way they are designed (very low sensitivity to encourage you to turn up the volume to tease out details across the spectrum).
