yeah, no. They’re not making that. No plans for x7ii successor. M series makes much more money apparently and FiiO is moving away from pure audiophile and will have more presence in mainstream/streaming markets.

Also, new firmware should be coming today, Chinese site has been updated already, format is there but there is no download link as of yet.

Found it, they've moved it to the settings menu, so you have to go back three clicks to get to it from the main play screen.

In file browsing mode the artist aren't in strict alphabetical order. The bands ABBA and ABC are between Arcadia and America, at first glance.

Am I missing something with how to operate the EQ? I'd say less than 1 out of every 10 attempts to move a slider actually registers. It also seems like the bottom row of preset names doesn't actually fit on the screen. I also don't see how to save a user preset. Additionally, hitting the reset and confirming doesn't always seem to zero the sliders. I must be doing something wrong because it can't possibly be as broken as it appears.
