I connect to the portable amplifier from the line output, so I like the small size of "X7 mkii + AM0" very much.
For me this is a very important matter.
I hope you to test and fix as soon as possible.
Yes. My 2 TB. SSD drive works very well, response time and access is good. In less than 30 minutes build the media library from more than 20.000 songs in Hi-Res (FLAC 44,1-384 Khz and DSD64, DSD128 and DSD256).
Oh thanks for the info.
You must rebuild the media library at each connection ? For example, if you decide to not use the hard drive during few days and use only internal memory and sd cards.
And the battery draining ?? How about the autonomy??
Not need to rebuild media library. But if it is not connected the SSD searching for example by artist or genre find songs that are not available. If you connect again the SSD, only need to update the library if you add/delete/modify files, not need to rebuild completely the library again. There is an option to select to update the library automatically or manually.
@FiiO , I found a bug. Sometimes when I press the physical button "play / pause" it does not work (only a click sound occurs but the track continues to play), I have to press it again to work.

So we are not alone. Play/pause button has a will of its own. Many times, even if it pauses at 1st press, resume takes it to the beginning of the track, if not elsewhere...
