@FiiO, today finally my M6 arrived.
It's really a little beast. Superb value for the price.
Thank you for making such a great product.

Anyway I want to ask 2 questions:
1) I have some SACD iso files.
I tried to copy them to the SD Card.
The problem is FiiO Music app can detect some of them and add them to the library but fails to detect some iso files too.
Is there any limitation on playing iso files? Maybe max file size allowed or something else?
The SACD/iso files that I have are equal to DSD64 only so it should be playable based on your specs but some aren't detected.

2) Also I want to report something - maybe a bug or something - hopefully you can help.
Issue: Suddenly the internal storage becomes full (2 GB internal storage suddenly filled up)
I tried to turn off and turn it on again but it remained full.
I only installed ES explorer and then after playing some songs via Tidal (already directed download destination to SD Card), the internal memory becomes full.
I used ES explorer to scan internal storage but the large portion of it was only stated as others (grey color) (size: 1.78 GB).
I tried to look around to delete any big file on internal storage but could not find it (already turned on hidden & system files toggle too).
So I was forced to factory reset the M6.
Now I haven't installed ES Explorer or other apps yet. Internal storage is at 724MB now.
Any idea what may have caused the internal storage suddenly became full?

All our DAPs can't supports ISO files with DST format. plz check your file again. for the second issues I will ask our PM to reply your question.

FiiO need your help updating the Tidal APK to the new version that plays MQA.


I downloaded the APK how do I install it ?

Just put it on the player, access it on the file manager the just click it to install.

This is an extremely potent wireless setup, m6 works great with ES100 and it was easy to upgrade and set up ( ES100 ). Sounds excellent with LDAC. Oh and the balanced sounds Godly- I cant believe this isn’t wired.

I just installed Spotify on my M6. It was super easy and fast and works perfectly. This amazing DAP just got even better!

I have an issue with Spotify on the M6; when streaming songs, the music suddenly stops, and continues after a few seconds. Sometimes this happens multiple times during a song...
I've already upgraded to the latest Spotify APK, this didn't help.

There is enough free space on both the internal memory and SD card...

I've had problem with Spotify offline music. It keeps losing what I've downloaded

I have tried to fallow the instructions line for line as listed on your support page 6 times and can't seem to find it on the sd card and or drop and drag to fiio on my macbook.

I have android file transfer application installed.

I can also see the fiio m6 in popup window.

I'm lost can someone explain how to add deezer and mqa tidal update, on a mac.

I think Fiio is going to have an online- on player update soon that will update Tidal.

I think that’s what they said.

I have had my M6 since 12/23/18 and all I can say is this is a fantastic unit. Spotify install was cake and works perfectly, I listen to alot of Shpongle, Entheogenic, OTT, and anything new that pleases me. I’m a 61 year old guy whose played drums since age 10. I love the sound of a finely recorded kick drum and I’m probably considered a basshead or whatever is the proper lingo. I’m gonna say at this moment listening to Spotify with wired CCA C10 iems on my Fiio M6 I’m hearing wonderful low end! The M7 I had briefly before was the thinnest sound I’ve heard recently and I was done with Fiio totally, literally the next day the M6 came out and I gave it a shot.....immediately after first listen was happy with the sound and could hear it starting to really open up after a week of daily play. Now a month later listening with flat eq, eq is off actually, I get excellent sound that changes with different iems I use as it should I think.
Love this little monster!

Here is a official explanation from Spotify:
There are a few possible reasons why your downloads might be removed:
You've downloaded music to more than 5 devices.
You haven't been online with Spotify at least once in the last 30 days.
If you've recently reinstalled the app.
Your Spotify app needs updating.
Your SD card (if your device has one) has become compromised (dislodged, corrupted, etc.)
The content's no longer available on Spotify.
Tracks in some playlists are updated regularly, meaning tracks might be removed.
If your tracks won't stay downloaded to your device, we recommend removing all your active offline devices (see "Manage your active offline devices" below), then reinstall the app before downloading the tracks again.

Hi,here is a instruction of installing the Driver,you can drag the files into M6 internal_sd or external_sd.
Also,we will update the Tidal in next version.

Good musical tastes! And yep Fiio has a nice little dap here Tidal Masters sounds amazing as does Bluetooth.

What about deezer I can't get it on the m6
I've tried to put the apk from fiio on the sd card but can't open the sd card and I've tried putting on the fiio internal and can't find it.


Help me Fiio, you're my only hope!
