I remembered one IMPORTANT detail! After a short pause, I decided to resume playback from the play / pause button and from that moment the player lost the ability to play music.

Look forward to your comparisons between the M11 and Pro with the FH7 in balanced mode. Please be sure to use actual songs in the comparisons, with timestamps that describe what you're hearing differently at each of those markers. For example, I hear the bass a little deeper at tis point in this song, or the vocals are a bit smoother here or there. Also, don't be shy to tell us what the M11 does BETTER than the Pro. It's not always a one-way improvement... (for example if the M11 is more neutral/less meaty, that's sometimes preferable in classical and acoustic music). The device is in stock condition. Po, the fiio music application, low gain, F9se headphones, the volume was at 60 units, increasing or decreasing the volume did not give anything - silence. After I made a complete reset, I did not change the settings, but the device did not play music. Only after lying down for 5-10 minutes after turning on again began to play music. I hope Fiio will take this problem into account, perhaps they will understand what’s the matter and release a new firmware. I would not want this to happen again.

Balance has more MW than SE.Except it doesn't have more mW than the M11...
He was using it in SE mode.Balance has more MW than SE.

Yeah , do if he used balanced he would have made it hotter. So maybe it wasnt over heating. He was using it in SE mode.
Good. I will do it tomorrow. Today, the mood is a little lost due to problems with the M11Pro. I can not compare the sound of the M11Pro with the M11 with the Fiio FH7 headphones, since I did not listen to the FH7 with the M11, I already sold the M11. But I know well the sound of the M11 with the F9se headphonesLook forward to your comparisons between the M11 and Pro with the FH7 in balanced mode. Your impressions of the m11 pro sounds promising to me. I have to admit, that I´m not the biggest fan of the golden pro sign alongside, but I think I could live with that. Meanwhile Fiio have the habit to put on every product Hires stickers. Is it possible to remove the stickers on the back?
These are not stickers; these hi-res certification marks are under glass. You can’t remove them.Your impressions of the m11 pro sounds promising to me. In my opinion, they do not spoil the appearance.

F I think they are unnecessary.
In Z reviews review of the Fiio k5pro, they were stickers and removable. On your photos I couldn`t determined it.

Now that we only have one card slot and I'm spoiled by two slots in the M11. Will the OTG ever be implemented on the M11 Pro?
I have three Samsung T5 SSD's from my X7-2, sure would like to use them.
I like the improvements FiiO makes but why can't FiiO keep past features that we have invested in.

I did not touch the device for about an hour. Again I decided to turn on the music, chose the same track on which the playback problem started and the story repeated, there was no sound both on this track and on any others. Track "Flac 192kHz 24bit 5794kbps". After turning the device off / on, sound appeared.
It is important for me to know if this is a hardware problem, is it a problem with my device, or is this problem being solved by new firmware?

I was legitimately considering buying this pack of dust plugs for the USB/outputs for 9$. Then i noticed I would also receive 10 bonus HI-RES stickers, this inclusion made me decide i wanted nothing to do with the purchase.

The m11 works as the outgoing device though correct? I know one reviewer was using an m11 as the digital sources for his hugo 2. One of the key reasons i bought the m11 pro was so i can stream offline tidal to my desktop rig (signxer su1 needs android 4.0 with OTG). Its SOOOOO stupid that I have to keep burning data if i want to use PC.

I'm guessing your using Fiio Music Player. Try another one, Neutron or Hiby etc.
Also do you have all to DSD on?
If it happens only in Fiio music, share the file with Fiio so they can fix compatibility.
So I've listened to my new M11 Pro and I absolutely love it! This IS the A& K killer...
