that's right, sensitivity matters. The power is enough for everything above 90db. Lukasz said that the Evo's output impedance is around 65 ohms. And also that it is enough for all Dynamic and 90% of planar ones. except for susvara, he6, abyss 1266. Envy was made for them.I corresponded with Lukasz on this question and regarding Euforia AE, he noted that sensitivity is more important then impdance. My Audeze MM-500 are low impedance but sensitivity is 100 dB and perform wonderfully with AE. Rognir is also 100 dB sensitivity.
BTW on Feliks web page impedance is listed as 100k ohm... is that for RCA out? Where did you get the figure of 65 ohm for RVO.

100k [Ω] is the RCA input impedance. The output impedance is not listed but I think I heard it was around 20[Ω].BTW on Feliks web page impedance is listed as 100k ohm... is that for RCA out? Where did you get the figure of 65 ohm for RVO.

Ok I just joined head-fi to see what info and opinions are available on the Feliks Euphoria. First thread I find is 700+ pages long. I've got some reading to do
I’ve heard people have a hard time fitting a pair of LinLai E-6sn7 in the Euforia. Is the tube placement the same in Euforia, Euforia AE and Euforia Evo, and is anyone familiar with any problems form having the tubes to tight together (I think there is less than 1mm space between the two tubes when properly inserted)
incredulousity

You can elevate one of the tubes on a socket saver or two, and vertoofset the wide part of the tubes. No idea of Evo is any different. I would very much like to not use a socket saver as I listen somewhat with my eyesYou can elevate one of the tubes on a socket saver or two, and vertoofset the wide part of the tubes. No idea of Evo is any different. I had AE.

Hello,
I can't speak for the Evo.
But I assume that the Evo has only changed at the front.
I think the distance between the tubes should be the same.
I also had the Linlai's in the normal Euforia and it works, I still have 2-3 mm space.
But I have also used socket savers.
You also get used to the look, it's not like that.
The Linlai's are also worth playing great with the Tungsols 5998 if you can find some.

I understand, I like an aesthetic visual as well as auditory experience too BUT socket savers or adapters can be classy and are also useful to keep the heat raised of the amp. chassis. I enjoy the look of my rig above and it even passes the wife test, although obviously YMMV as it's all in the eye of the beholder.I would very much like to not use a socket saver as I listen somewhat with my eyes
That looks pretty great! Any idea where to get high quality socket savers? I’m a bit skeptical to eBay or mass produced Chinese ones.I understand, I like an aesthetic visual as well as auditory experience too BUT socket savers or adapters can be classy and are also useful to keep the heat raised of the amp. chassis. Rear, black sourced from headfi-er Deyan and the white ones are from a VERY well-regarded ebay shop that has specific adapters for Elise / Euforia: xulingmrs.
Mine are adapters for different tube types, but I am sure you could request socket savers as well.

Very interesting amp, just finished watching the review by Bloom Audio on YouTube. Would like a high-end OTL to upgrade from my LF339 - any previous La Figaro owners who moved onto the Euforia / Envy?
I have quite a stack of power tubes (4 pairs of 7236, 6080WB - both solid and slotted plate, stacks of russian stock tubes, 6AS7GA etc) which I would rather burn up in a better sounding amp.
The Euforia is 4 times the price of my LF 339 amp and I would need to get into collecting 6SN7 tubes also.... decisions

For the first few hundred pages, go to every 25th pageOk I just joined head-fi to see what info and opinions are available on the Feliks Euphoria. First thread I find is 700+ pages long. I've got some reading to do
New Euforia!!!!!!
Does anyone know which variation damages the euphoria amplifier tubes and internal components more? if it is power on for 1 hour every day, or if it is on once a week for 8 hours continuously? I would like an explanation, with reasons.
