Sony EX600 are awesome with classical and ambient, spacious and dynamic. Downsides are low isolation and liability to wind noise.

Radius DDM are my favorite for stringed music among all dynamic including sonys Ex1000.
both ddms models are recommended but currently DDM2 is being sold by MA for 200US so it is a steal for the money.
