Thank you so much! What is your opinion on the combination of Gryphon and IE600 sound wise? On paper they should complement each other well, but do they in reality?AFAIK, the Gryphon never had any "hiss" issue on it's 4.4mm out - I got mine since it's release and have continously monitored the forums - no such issue. The issue with Gryphon's 4.4mm is that some users have issues with some of their cables (with 4.4mm) not working at all - fitment/alignment/size (no sure). I didn't have any issues with my unit.
The only other iFi product that I know that has a "hiss" issue was the GO blu. A lot of reviewers have reported this, but iFi has already resolved this on later iterations, my GO blu doesn't have any hiss or range issues.
To answer your question, I don't hear any hiss on my IE600 when pairing it with my Gryphon - in both Balanced and SE connections.

The pairing is ok, good enough IMO. Brings our the well known IE600 rumble while also maintaining the overall clean and smooth sound on the mids and highs.
The topping G5 also looks good from what I have seen online. Might also be worth a look.

After about 6 months of nearly daily use my IE600 seems to have a failure. The left side has suddenly gotten a little quiet compared to the right side.
Thx for chiming in! Did you check if the nozzle is clogged? After about 6 months of nearly daily use my IE600 seems to have a failure. The left side has suddenly gotten a little quiet compared to the right side.

Oh ya, first thing I checked. Also verified it's not my hearing, the source, or the cable. It's really hard to see into the nozzle but it looks identical to the other one, there's nothing obvious I can see obstructing it. Is it possible to disassemble at all? If anything is past the grill part I can't see it.Thx for chiming in! Did you check if the nozzle is clogged?

From looking at the campfire cable I doubt it will fit. The tripowin cables should fit well enough to make them functional however if you are having issues you can take off the colored rings (clear and red) at the ends and then the IEM will snap in fullywill the campfire smoky litz cale fir the ie 600 IEM?

I think
I think either will fit the IEM, the question is more so which will fit your ears. For instance, a small CP145 looks to be in-between a S CP100 and a M CP100. Both are equally deep inserting which is good for the IE600. Soundwise idk how different they will be thoughthank you very much! one more question for you or anyone else please, i looked at spinfits site and they said both the cp100 and cp145 would both fit the ie 600, which one would fit best if you happen to know?
