oh yeah! imo tips are the second most sonically impacting thing in your chain after your IEMs. Since everyone's ears are different tip impact is different for everyone but this website is pretty good resource https://www.audioreviews.org/guide-to-iem-silicone-eartips/
I recommend azla sednaearfit standard black tips from all the ones I have tried which includes spinfit cp100, cp145 etc etc
I have tried heaps of tips, they call it tip rolling & yes it does effect bass, treble, midds, sound stage on most iems. You will be surprised how you can alter the sound by doing this.

I was using IE Pro tips until I recently switched to the sednaearfits standards and I really like them. I got the vivid editions and faudio instrumental tips coming in the next week just cause I love tip rolling

I have the vivid also they are my favourite tips I use them on my ie300, Sony m9, oriolus isabellae & dunu zen pros but prefer the standards on the ie600 otherwise they are a fraction bright with the vivid. The azla sednaearfit max standard is also good on the blessing 2.

Just bought these and very much liking them.
Coming from Campfire Comets and an ailing Shanling M0.

Waiting to upgrade my dap now. Possibly the Shanling M3 Ultra...

Using the IE600s with spinfit W1 (large) tips. Great sound.

How was the fit with the Vivids? Also did they boost the bass at all? From what I read the tips produce a more V shaped profile which I am going for with the IE600

The vivid do boost the bass & mids also the treble over the azla sednaearfit standard black they also sound a fraction crisper but I prefer the black only on the ie600 because the ie600 is a little brighter than my other iems & I prefer toning it down a bit. But they do still sound good.

While we are giving cable recs I am a huge fan of Xinhs cables. They will even do custom lengths and hardware for you. I got a custom copper short cable for using with my qudelix and a matching extension for desk use

so i was able to try the ie 600 iem and i love it and its perfect for the stuff i listen to like edm/dance music and media/video games and out of the few iem's i have tried it is the most comfortable

at what price point/model of open back headphones would give me the same level of bass punch/slam as this iem does? it that even possible in an open back headphone? i have the lcd-2 fazor and love the bass on that with a bass shelf but it still does not punch/slam as hard as the ie 600 iem

Hi, I am an amateur audiophile. My 1st audiophile iems were Blon BL03.
I recently upgraded to the Sennheiser IE600 on 1/12/2022, and I just love them.
The vocals, base slam and string instruments are a treat to listen to.
The reviews I read on this platform proved really essential for my buying decision.
Thank You all for your in-depth reviews.

You can improve your sound to how you like it by tip rolling now which takes time but is well worth it. I do it for every iem & in most cases they end up with azla sednaearfit vivid or standard black. Have fun.

The Vivids just came in and I am really loving the feel of these! The silicone is crazy sticky and it gets such a good seal. They sound very similar to the Azla Sednaearfit but with a tiny extra "pop". The FAudio Intrumental tips give a bigger bass bump than the Vivids which I really like and mellow the treble which can be good and bad depending on the track. They aren't sticky and don't give me as good a seal but they are comfortable. Unfortunately one of the tips in the pair I got from MTMT Audio has a tear, hopefully they can send me another pair
