i second young spade and mvw2, for me tf10s were also my first top tier. i got them after my turbines and tehy sounded absolutely fantastic and i really didnt think the sound could get any better. but after a while i found something lacking with them and couldnt really pin point the problem. i totally agree with that as fun and as great as they are, there is really nothing special about them. i moved on to ie8s and never looked back since

Triple Fi 10 great extension at both ends, sparkly treble, good bass extension-just a small amount of bloat, airy wide soundstage, great detail.  A lot of fun.
