I just bought some HF5s a week ago, maybe i should have waited a bit to see how these preformed.

I just read a review where ilounge says the mc5 is just as detailed as the hf5 but with more bass, and it gave it an award for outstanding new product at the trade show convention in Vegas. So, now I'm really looking forward to it. It suppose to drop next month and only $79 for the phones without the mic. If that's the case, it will be one of the best bang for the buck earphones out there...

I presume these dynamics will need hundreds of hours of burn-in

Two things would make for a better Ety, for me: a set of bigger tri-flanges, and a less microphonic cable.

Release date is Feb. I can't speculate on burn in

I'd love if they made the earphone itself stick out a bit less, which is my only complaint at the HF5s
