I know what you mean friend *wink*. But in a seriousness I've never been as impressed with customer service and individual satisfaction as I have with Jack. And the new products will absolutely set new benchmarks.

Jack is an exceptional person to do business with.  His products are excellent, and his customer service, knowledge and expertise complete the package.  Between my own personal experience, and what I've read on Head-Fi, if you've not done business with Jack and his company, you are in for a jaw-dropping treat.  I cannot speak highly enough about Jack and his company.
