I predict 2999.I actually PM'd Jack V. and asked for a "ballpark" price of the EVO. The response was "more than LX, less than Odin". Now that's a ballpark price (or is it? LOL).

Sounds like Odin will remain their flagship product.I actually PM'd Jack V. and asked for a "ballpark" price of the EVO. The response was "more than LX, less than Odin". Now that's a ballpark price (or is it? LOL).
Hopefully it will be around $2699.I predict 2999.
There are still quite a few Legend X SEs out there in the dealer network. Not sure what the take up is going to be for the EVO given the inventory still out there for the SE.
Only a guess, but I'd say significantly higher than the SE.Hopefully it will be around $2699.

I found that the differences in sound between LXSE and the EVO pre-production unit to be different enough that I'll most likely add the EVO to my collection rather than selling off the LXSE to pick up the EVO. Besides, it took a bit of effort to track down the 13th of the HK allotted LXSEs.Hopefully it will be around $2699.

Wave that flag,Uhh not to wave my “fanboy” flag or anything but I have not heard another IEM that matches the LX bass impact. Outside of the EVO of course.
I heard it was gonna be $6799
That would be a damn shame.
Jk

That's much more like it, still expensive, but they've put the engineering work into the development, unlike a certain hyper-expensive IEM that I’d kill for, that's pixie dust and a Sifu’s magic.I actually PM'd Jack V. and asked for a "ballpark" price of the EVO. Since most of you guys are young pups, kick out the jams this fine Saturday/Sunday morning with the first punk rocker, Iggy and the Stooges, “Raw Power!”
It is kind of a shame that the IE800 flew under the radar. I was listening to it today with admiration. The new Sennheiser IE900 has incredible bass. Worth checking out
