I really like to listen to music while I sleep, but when there is pressure on my Etymotics or Klipschs it feels like they are gonna poke through my eardrums!
I have the IE8 thay are ok, but a little big, I saw that the IE6 is much thinner than the IE8 so it might be better.
Can you guys suggest me some earphones that I can wear while I sleep? cuz I sleep in the "Foetus position" or in other words sideways so one of my ears is always under pressure.

I would suggest earbuds, not IEMs: I understand isolation is not a must for that and earbuds are more comfortable and easier (faster) to put and take out so they don't awake me much when I want to stop using them and start sleeping.

I use a pair of Yuin PK2 to sleep and while they are fine for that, maybe one of the new Sennheiser earbuds are better because they are slimmer, but I didn't try them.

A relaxed (laid back) sound signature could also be a good idea. FWIR Sennheiser MX880 meets all these criteria.
