Can you please post an amazon link to the 3250mah battery? Is it the 3.7V fioxnovo for the Galaxy??

Yes.

Am I to assume the .1v (3.7 vs 3.8) difference doesn't affect the DX90?

Cheers!

The KINPS battery is rated at 3250 MAH and provides longer run time than does the stock battery. I have used these batteries successfully in my DX50 and they are also working fine in my DX90. This battery is exactly the same size as a stock battery and the player back fits on OK.

I have not done any timed runs to exhaustion with either my DX50 or DX90 using these batteries, but if I can stop listening long enough, I will do so.

I can't see it being legitimate 3250mah
battery also seeing varying info about it being 3.7v and 4.35v.

Have you done any comparison to a stock battery?

Dhl just delivered my dx90 (5pm). The plastic dhl mailer was sealed however the external ibasso box (not the internal box) had been taped both length and width with yellow tape that covers most of the boxs width. Did everyone else's box come this way.

Mine came that way.  The player box and everything on the inside was just fine!
Cheers!

Mine also looked that way. I was actually very impressed with the packaging of the actual product on the inside of that box.

When I got mine it had been opened. I could see where they had been inside the box for the DX90. No big deal.

If the case is thinner, it may be possible to get more storage inside and this battery looks like that may be the case. At $10 I though why not. If it's over 2000mah, I'm good. Bought a $3 wall charger as well.

You think these will fit the Dx90 with the back case on?

Edit: just kidding, looking at its dimension and measuring my DX50 battery, it seems like it actually fits... a 3250mAh battery!

I appreciate everyone's help with this DAP - The main reason I never left Apple was the simplicity - I stayed away from the Chinese DAPs because of UI (I bought a Highsound Nova 3 - but sold it almost immediately)  but now with the influx of new gear I have, the closed-in sound of Apple gear was just too much - so when I heard about dual Sabre DAC for under $500 I jumped - so glad I did. As for using it, I depend on the grace of the Head-Fi community to help me along.
