I have ordered a number of items from them. No issue but then anything can get lost in the mail system. I hope it arrives or you get sent another one.!!!!Hello Forum! My bad was, if I knew if it'll take a while longer, I should've requested express shipping and happily paid extra for it, just to have the battery faster.
Up until now, haven't installed the new battery, I'm fiddling with the 240 lol.
Kidding aside, very bz atm...

With the 229 against 241.3, I should shake @Paul - iBasso 's hand, lol.How much better is 240-220 ?
Extreme value the 240 really!
The 241.3 is closer to the 312 than it is to the 229.
A 100% upgrade.
How much better? Can't put a number on it - Simply a Lot better. SQ and UI, my (2) hands down.
If time and budget will allow next year, I may 3d print the back panel just to fit in the amp9 module - and 3d print the module plate, too...

Thanks very much ! This is a good perspective !! There is no question that if you want a portable player, then 240 is a better choice and worthy upgrade if you wanted and from 220 point of view. Otherwise, if compromises is needed for better quality, then having Dx300 is worth it, and ultimately, Dx300Max !!! Lol! That is how I read it anywaysWith the 229 against 241.3, I should shake @Paul - iBasso 's hand, lol.

The 240 is pocket friendly, the 300 is semi transportable, whilst the 300 max is the Statement. The 300 ti is the unicorn, Lol!
There is no redundancy here. It's a very practical and smart approach...

When you're looking for a high-end music player that's modular, ergonomic, and sounds amazing, IBasso Audio has the DX240 made especially for you!!
This is the day we get to use their previous modules with a newer, smoother, more elegant DAP! This includes AMP1, AMP5, AMP7, AMP8, and you can do everything with a screwdriver!!
I included comparisons with all the best DAPs, pairings with the latest IEMs and Headphones, and even details you never heard about DX240, how to take it apart, how to use it, and other details I noticed while using it~

I hope the post works for this thread, since DX240 and DX220 have a lot in common, and my entire review draws a ton of comparisons between them

It's fantastic that iBasso is continuing to support the DX220! Way to go!
