My DX220 after about 50 hours of wonderful music...just a moment ago it is turned off and don't no longer lights up. I have tried to press the ON botton also for ten seconds but... nothing to do. The battery was about at 70% and now the DX220 seems to be died. What can I do? Is there a buttons combination for have a recovery mode or is there another way to try a startup?? Any suggestions will be appreciated....... thanks guys.
Plug in to charge for 30 minutes and try turning on later

Just think HBB as entertainer...
I bought X5iii because of him, but in love with CAYIN N5iis, which IMO, Better...
Have try M9, not my cup of tea, and M11 is not much different but more versatile in Jack connection, well, which DAP that have it all... prob only, this M11...
Even, compare to DX200, my ear still prefer DX200.. but again is preference right...

Press and hold power and play button at the same time this puts player into recovery mode then hit the restart player option

Do you have a SD card inserted? just as a last try pull it out and try to power it.
My 2 cents

Hi guys, sorry if it's a wrong thread to ask that, but can you recommend a portable dac/amp to match DX220 sonically and of similar price? thank you!

I had a similar behaviour cause of a faulty AMP module. Try to power on after disconnecting the AMP module.
