What “claims” are being made? It doesn’t make toast, it doesn’t make drinks, nor does it provide sexual favors...it’s a music player ***. A damn good one for the money. Are there better...yes. Are there worse...yeah.

Do you get a lot of bang for your buck?

Hell yeah!

End of rant.

I got my DX220 since last Saturday but never get to update FW. How did you do that? Just like the way with other FW before by downloading from ibasso site to SD card or through USB-C directly to DX220? Any link available? Thanks.
What I did

1/ Android OS
2/ setting
3/ system
4/ updater
5/ online update

Done

I know it’s so easy with the new updater.

My DX220 is here!! I ordered sunday and only three days for delivery: amazing!!...and now start with burn-in. :)

Please don’t do that! I read a lot of people burning DX220 but it doesn’t deserve that - its a fine device with a great set of features, looks great and gives you the enjoyment of music ... at the same time it lets you with some money to continue alive, eating and drinking beer...

As someone said once ... “buy a DX220 TODAY because ONE DAY you will be DEAD!"
Now I'm ready to order my DX220

So Quobuz is much better than Tidal? Even cheaper than Tidal ($9.99 vs $19.99 monthly?)
QoBuz from what I gathered by far, and now enjoying it, it has CD quality 16/44.1. I confirm them on both the DX220 and even my PC into DAC. It also has 24/192 High-res format. You can also buy songs that is free of DRM (uses with any apps)

Is it cheaper than Tidal ? Idk....to have those high-res, you need $32.99 a month. You can register 1 month free, and there are also many other countries collections in high-res too. I would recommend checking it out for 30 days free :)

Noob question - but... how do I switch it to Mango OS or whatever it's called? I basically just want to use my DX220 for music I have myself - I don't care for YouTube or streaming options. I just want the pure music player (and maybe Bluetooth for car) - that's it.
