AMP3 Players just updated their website a preorder date of "Friday 24 May, 2019". So, including shipment to Germany (or EU) and processing about 4 weeks to go. Do I have the patience to wait that long? Possibly no.

I have the PL at home, obviously the PL would do better. I alternate daps per day. I do like the dx220 compared to the dx200 , R6 , R6Pro, and Lotoo touch.

In the same price range from a pure SQ perspective, the Questyle QP1R may still be a better DAP than the DX220?

Dx220 has a way better screen, way better controls, choices of amps, internet.

hmm... that will be unfair comparision... I like QP1r, the brightest DAP I had heard, but still enable punchy tight bass...
but DX200 (or DX220) will be different... from UI, streaming, even power... just my 3 cent

Currently using a Cowon Plenue 1 and a Hiby R3 but looking at the DX220 as a replacement for both. The EQ profiles on the DX220 are a big deal on this for me - hope it's as good as the EQ on the P1. One device to do it all is going to be fab

Well the dx220 screen is 10x better, sound well the dx220 is as detailed but more life in the music. The touch is like a cold woman laying in bed like a log. The dx220 is more like shes riding you.

Same case and I received my shipping notification the day after (today). Now I just hope that the shipment package won't go 404 Not Found on the road to my place

Hey, Chris from Advanced MP3 Players here. That date is just a preliminary estimate based on when we can get the order placed, shipped and imported. I would imagine it will be before the 24th, but we wanted to use a conservative estimate to avoid dissapointment should there be any delays.

Nope! The screen may be less sensitive to touch if you apply it, and there is no good tempered glass protector yet. That was what I got from Paul by last week
