I am looking for a coaxial cable, the included one is extremely short.
Apparently I'm too stupid ... I can't find any digital coaxial cables with the jack output of the DX220 .... or did you find something good?

You are not stupid, the terminals on both ends will depend. The dx220 has 3.5mm style (any 3.5mm with correct terminal will work), and whatever other ends you would want. They are easier, better, more affordable with DIY though. Otherwise, you need to keep emailing places that are willing to make them ?

Then I switched to Mango OS which so far is a sore disappointment. Interface is not that pretty but that' OK, the problem is that the SD card is being scanned. The system can see folders and play one track at the time but cannot scan it to a library.

Problem solved, in a less satisfactory way than I would like but solved. Mango OS has problems with some cards formatted with SD Formatter on Windows. The Android part of DX220 will do OK with those cards but Mango OS may not be able to scan them, it likes the cards formatted on Android. Once I did that and copied the music again, it worked.

Actually, my DX220 likes the cards taken out of the package, loaded with music ripped from cd, then inserted, scanned, played. Both android and mango.

I am not speaking about SPDIF digital output (on the main board indeed), but about the analog Line Out, that is located on the side of the Headphones Out on the different modules...

an amplifier perhaps that can take advantage of the dx220's 2.5mm balanced output.

This module should have a better output. My amp1ii is less than the highlighted voltage rating...
