Please help step by step
For step-by-step instruction I need to know which Windows version do you use and nave such a version installed in English, because neither screen shots in Russian, nor back translation, won't help. I'm currently running Windows XP, and I'm sure you are not. So please try to find somewhere else how to launch Device Manager, find the "Unknown device" there, double click it, open "Details" tab and find "Hardware ids" there. I.e. that's what I've already told you, and, you see, I can't tell you more.

Here is what I found after your instruction. So what is the next step?

Here is what I found after your instruction.
These are correct VID/PID for a RockChip device in a mode suitable for flashing. It means, your device is good, but you have no drivers installed.
So what is the next step?
Read the instruction provided with FactoryTool and follow it to install the driver and then use FactoryTool. Nothing new :)

I got the Astell and Kern XB10 Bluetooth headphone amplifier recently. It sounds pretty good. It supports Apt-X HD. Since the DX200 has Bluetooth 4.0, are there plans to add Apt-X support to it?

I GOT IT. Thank you.
Now if I want to get UAPP do I need to install a different Lurker FW which uses for UAPP only?

On my XP machine, it showed as usb device rather than unknown device but everything worked just fine updating to the Lurker firmware.
