IMG_20181121_114603.jpg Hi @Paul - iBasso, I accidentally dropped my precious dx200 and it got a small dent with the case. Just bought it from an authorized dealer around 2 months and still under warranty. Everything functions normally, it just that the dent annoys me so much. Is it possible for a case replacement?

The versatility of the Dx200 is excellent, isn’t it ? :)
Yes indeed, that is what it makes it so great.
Now I am planning on getting the new Meze Empyrean and I am sure one of these AMPs will do the perfect match.

You've got a dent on the top part, which has the display module integrated. If you want to replace, you'll have to pay panel+display cost.

Yeah, that dent look pretty much the display casing. But it would be less annoying when you put it in the case isn’t it :D. I would think Paul would call the same thing here as the dent happened by user, and it doesn’t interfere with functionality at all

Well, it was an accident while trying to show off the thing to a colleague

Have many of you folks compared pure Mango mode to Lurker0's HiByMusic in USB DAC mode? To m years there is just that little bit of extra clarity and sense of energy with the latter. I used to listen to the DX200 in pure Mango mode, but there is a nice "bite" to the HiByMusic in USB DAC mode that just gives the overall experience a little more musicality. The only critical observation I've noticed though is that I do hear a the odd occasional click of which I'm not certain if it's overall taxing on the CPU of the DX200 (or if it's in USB DAC exclusive mode and the CPU has problems multitasking/context switching).
