I've been giving my Titan 1s a lot of time lately, and they quite brilliant with the right tips, I feel they have the most even FR of any of my IEMs, and the quality of each band is also great, simultaneously very open sounding, yet with great detail and tightness. They remind me so much of my Etymotic HF5, only with more bass, a hint less 2-3k emphasis, and a hint more bite overall.

you can consider Spinfit tips CP100, personal feeling it's improved on the way you need.
 
Or make it simple, take Titan5, more bass

Without stabilizers, i have issues with the fit and they are not staying more then 2 to 3 mins.
 
Please let me know is there any online store, where i can buy these stabilizers ?

I definitively seem to have "strange" ears. Neither the T3 nor the UE triple fi 10 are uncomfortable to me, and I can wear both for hours without discomfort.

How does the Titan 1 compare to the DN-1000 in terms of bass, mids and highs? I'm definitely not a basshead, I prefer neutral tight bass with good presence of mids and sparkly highs

Thanks to Head-Fi (again) i ordered the Fiio EX1 aka Titan 1 to see what the fuzz is all about and i needed a decent pair of IEM's anyway. I was instantly amazed about the sound quality the Fiio EX1 produced and the wide and open soundstage. Vocals sounded amazing and highs were a bit sibilant with a few tracks. Bass was tight and detailed albeit a bit on the leaner side. After the Fiio EX1 arrived i listened to them for 1 minute and instantly ordered the Dunu Titan 5. I heard the Titan 5 improved on mids and highs and would give more punch in the low end. After waiting for the arrival of the Titan 5 the next day i listened to the Fiio EX1 alot more and found that the bass was indeed a bit lacking in quantity for my taste. Alot of my tracks lost a bit of soul because of the bright side of the Fiio EX1. After i came home from work i rushed to the post office to get my hands on the Titan 5 and was put of by the narrower soundstage and the muddier highs. After listening some more i knew that they would be my preference to the Fiio EX1. Highs aren't muddier but smoother and more detailed. Bass punches with authority and gives soul back to the music. Soundstage ist still pretty wide if not as wide for the cost of more isolation.. its also more of a preference between wider soundstage or a more intimate soundstage. Mids are more forward and still a tiny tad "recessed" but more detailed und also smoother. All in all i really adore these little gems. They are comfortable, isolate more than the Fiio EX1 and have a nice smooth but still detailed and from time to time sparkly sound signature.
