WAV only and no screen make the Tera-Player the ultimate hardcore portable player available. One of the most expensive too. Soundwise, a lot of afficionados reported not being able coming back to something else. Considering price and limitations in terms of format and navigation of the Tera-Player, it would be nice to get a DTR1 vs. Tera Player comparison.
Less is more...
Actually the the limitations in terms of format and navigation of the Tera-Player as you put it, work best for me. Is all about the sound, simplicity, portability and a Perfect bug free UI.

Reading this thread has caused me to have buyer's remorse for the LPGT and N8. :triportsad:

On the bright side, I could sell them all and just keep the DTR1 and Tera.
I have now the N8 never heard the LPGT, I had the Tera player in the past... Sell the n8 or have remorse for having it... to buy a Tera? ... Never in my life...plays good but is noway near what is sayd around here

Don't sell your N8.
What's important is to enjoy the music !

My most serious case of "Seller's Regret" was selling my Tera-Player.
