Nomax, I agree 100% with your statement about the E3 sound.
Well to me a desirable answer is a Stealth mk2.

is anyone using an SP3000 with the E3’s? Will it have enough power to drive them? I also have a Cayin C9 I can pair with it - trying to figure out the best portable solution for these.

If not, any DAP recommendations that could power them? Or would something like a Hugo 2 be a better bet?

Doesn’t necessarily have to be portable while walking around, but just to bring to different locations and not tied to a main desk.

They will but not as good, but they will. OTG is generally used as walking around in reviews.

Honestly...walking around outside with the E3 can't really be taken seriously by anyone
It's far too bulky for that
(A Meze Liric or one of the Focals would be the maximum for use outside in terms of propertions..but not with E3...The days of the Adams Family are long gone)
