Cowon Plenue D

EQ uses less power, I've tested that. With EQ at satisfying sound level, I got about a little bit more than 3 straight days.

Without EQ, at high levels of sound, it lasted barely 3 days.

That's just my observation. Both test runs were some from full charge. Screen was used minimal in both cases.

Anyone's got other opinions to share?

I bought a Topping NX1s amp as an add on. Works fairly well.

That's nice, saves the power issue, but I
Don't use any amp, just raw player. And I didn't shut off my player during the test.
Will get a monoprice THX AAA soon tho.

But on a side note, I love my Plenue D too much. Even tho that did went through rain and harsh conditions. It still works.

I've been testing the PD in many, many ways. Far too many....

I've recently purchased a Plenue D, updated the firmware, formatted a SanDisk Ultra 128GB microSDXC Memory Card to FAT32 and added mp3 files but once the micro sd is inside the player, the screen says 'database update' which takes an absolute age and then the player shuts off, does anyone have a solution.

But it stays on when the SD card is not inserted?

Sorry if it's been asked previously - Is there a function for marking tracks as "played"?
