Cowon Plenue D

I Got my Cowon plenue D but i am disapointed the Package is not sealed is that Legal?
I bought it from Zoocity

Mine did not arrive sealed
 
I am thinking about if i should change it, please advice

I called the Store Zoocity, they say Cowon Plenue D dont come sealed with transparent film.
they say all their Plenue D they sell is not sealed however plenue M is sealed.
 
I should  have buyed it from a more trusted store.
I contact cowon Korea to get confirmation.

Honestly, it sounds like you are worrying over nothing. I don't think my player was sealed. The video you link to is a Korean D, different to others as some come with cases etc.
 
Just check that the player has a plastic covering on the screen that you can remove and that there are no obvious marks on it etc.
 
Your term open box is a bit misleading as 'open box' means items that are returned by customers and then sold on cheaply. I know it's a translation thing, though

Other than that, you have a 2 year warranty and their website CLEARLY states that you have 14 days to return it (EU law gives you more rights when buying on the internet).
 
I'm guessing it's new and you're being overly paranoid. Never buy from a company you don't know of or trust, though.

Yes video is from korea,i still need confirmation from Cowon in Europe if boxes comes sealed
I going to check the content now i see the player itself has the plastic covering on the screen, yes i worry a bit i am used to buy Daps that are sealed.

mine was direct from Cowon, not sealed

Hehe Then they seal random plenueD, or they dont do it any longer.
 
I tested player now it work perfect, sound is good, firmware is 1.02 so i have to update to 1.10 (i dont want 1.11 for now)
 
There is one smale scratch in the upper gold metal but is not much
it came like that from the zococity store
 
Is a tiny scratch in the metal,  however a leather case can cover it up
 
is this big enough to return player for, or should i just keep it.
Not sealed and a scratch?
 
Except from that the player is awesome and is better than my Current cowon S9 and X9 players

The problem is of supply rather than demand at the moment. Scrolling isn't too bad, it's not Iphone standard but it's not a huge hindrance to usability. Personally, I think it's price is about right, but as ever, each to their own.

Yeah, not that bad since I like Cowon music quality, but C'mon,  Scrolling IS indeed too bad. I don't expect it to be like iPhone, but atleast better OR match C2.

Don't worry, it comes without seal.. And I got it that way directly from JetAudio.
