Ahwell, as long as it updates and works, I'm happy with that.

Question, my tidal account works in 8player, but my qobuz account shows me the music, but they all have red circles next to them. If I want to play them, I have to untick dmr option, which I did, but I still have the red circle thing.

Any ideas ?

Double check you have set the quality level correctly for Qobuz in Gofigure. If you set the quality level higher than your Qobuz subscription allows then it will not let you play the files and you get the red circle.

I will go have a look, but I'm on sublime, the £25 month deal, not the uber sublime, but I will go check it out and see whats up.

As someone who has a phone that gofigure does not support, I am keen to hear if anyone in the same situation has been brave enough to try the update ?
Although Apple has had many updates to its phone operating software it’s under tight control and is basically one set of homogenous software. That unfortunately isn’t the case for Android phones It should be noted that there are many tens of different phones all running slightly different versions of the basic android software. We have endeavoured to make Poly work with as many of these as possible but some phone will never work. It’s generally the older and cheaper the phone the less chance it has of working with Poly. This if a problem of the phone software and is not really a problem with your Poly.

HOW DO I UPDATE POLY TO FIRMWARE VERSION 2.0.0?
Please make sure your smartphone/device is fully up to date before beginning and you have the latest version of Gofigure.

Before starting, and in order to acquire the installation tool (V1.0.41) for the Poly 2.0.0 firmware update, ensure Poly is charged, connected to its power supply and connected to the internet; ensure Poly’s ‘P status’ light is a solid colour and not flashing. Next, follow the steps below:

Updating to 2.0.0 firmware

Step 1

If fitted, remove any Micro SD card. Switch on Poly/Mojo, making sure Poly is charged, connected to its power supply and connected to the internet; ensure Poly’s ‘P status’ light is a solid colour and not flashing.

Step 2

In the background, Poly will download V1.0.41, a new installation tool for the new Poly 2.0.0 firmware.

Step 3

Open the Gofigure App. Go to Settings> General Settings and check the Poly version is now 1.0.41. Next, go back to Settings> Device Settings, you should now have the option to update the firmware. Tap update firmware.

Step 4

Poly’s ‘P status’ light will cycle through a range of colours, showing the update has commenced.

Step 5

Leave Poly until the colour cycle has stopped, this can take up to 30 minutes. Poly’s ‘P status’ light will then show solid colour.

Step 6

Switch Poly off. Re-insert any removed Micro SD card. Switch Poly on. Poly is now ready to use.
That still doesn't tell if the Poly should be in HotSpot or not. But I guess, it shouldn't since it says to be connected to the Internet. Ok, still doesn't work. Is there a way to check which GoFigure version is installed on my device? PlayMarket doesn't offer any new updates.

Nope, I deleted my info in gofigure and then inputted it again, checked hi res, still same, tried cd hifi, still the same.

But tidal works, I wish tidal didnt and qobuz did.

Will figure this out.

I guess since in the User tab I'm not allowed to enter any details, then it's GoFigure's older version, correct?

Hmm ok. Can you try a different DLNA app such as MConnect ( the free lite version is fine )?

What, I set it to mp3 mode and qobuz works.

Qobuz trying to pull a fast one on me by only breaking out the mp3's.

Does not compute!

Tidal working on 8player Pro, but only 44kHz! I have selected losless quality in the gofigure settings. What am I doing wrong?

Also, Tidal does not connect at all in Hybrid mode, that's a letdown
