I agree. He definitely has a habit of doing this.Still don't understand how a professional business owner can talk to customers this way and think it's alright. I'm not saying the guy should receive a new Mojo/Poly combo because his case broke, just bad luck it seems. But, there's a much better way to respond to your customers than this. Preferably one that doesn't come off so callous and dismissive.

Start at the end it’s easy to open, good luck!Don't laugh but I need a lesson on how best to open a Poly/Mojo case. I like the case. I think it's very protective. Is it worth $110? I guess if it saves Mojo and Poly from damage and wear, I suppose so. My problem with it is that the latch mechanism, on mine at least, is so tight and secure that I have a great deal of difficulty opening the case when I want to take it off. There exists the possibility that I am doing it all wrong. I can't open it by hand. I need to use a flat-bladed screwdriver to push on the little tab on the lid that fits into the body of the case. Am I just not understanding how to open the case? What do you all do to open it? Maybe one of @JeremyLaurenson 's excellent videos would help. He could call it "Poly/Mojo case opening for dummies."

Thanks @Mojo ideas I never thought of that. I figured that the little tab was like a latch. I'll give it a try.

John answered perfectly by addressing the truth.
Re-read the poster's original statement. See mine. Then re-read John's.

Funny you mention this as well as being coincidental. I too had difficulty opening the case when I wanted to charge Poly by itself after experiencing a technical glitch last week. For the life of me I could not get the latch pressed in to release the clamp using my fingernail/thumbnail. I resorted to using a flat blade screwdriver just like you did to press the latch and then could pop it open. I think when I closed up the cover again with MojoPoly inside the corners also "snap" close. So perhaps Pressing the latch is done after loosening the corners but unsure and will need to try that some time. It might be resolved when Chord release the GoOpen app for the case later.

WowW.. You got it dobe right I'm happy it was resolved.
I unfortunately am stuck with a wristband no body wants to help either as far as manufacturers go
Hi @NaiveSound I'm disappointed you feel this way after I tried everything to help you. I'm not going to comment further as I don't want to take the thread OT.

Ok thanks for the info. I will keep testing today and see if I get similar results. I got about half way through an album last night before it stopped playing.
Also when you say drop's off the network does that mean you can't see it in Bubble UPnP or its booted completely from the network and has a rapid blinking blue P.status light on the Poly?
Just some findings. I have had BubbleUPnP on for a couple of hours now using the SD card without dropouts. The one dropout I had yesterday was the Android Phone dying I found out later. I am on Android 7 and using a Sony Xperia X Compact. The reason why I ask about the network is that UPnP/DLNA has more traffic than MPD. Data on UPnP/DLNA gets routed back and forth through the network between Poly and your phone. With MPD its much simpler. So this indicates a network problem as the software that is having problem has more network traffic. That could mean its a weak connection, WiFi congestion, WiFi crosstalk or the router doesn't like the amount of UPD traffic on the network. Considering it works for 10 minutes and then boots you off seems to me like your connection is getting filtered out. This would indicate a router issue. But I don't know what you have tried so far.

This is called Narrative building or in police language, “story telling.”
You’re trying to exploit Chord. Do what mother Mary told her son Paul when he was perplexed. She said, “Let it be.”
I was walking down a bridge in nature enjoyin mojo/Poly
I was using the wrist wrap as it exists .... How is it my fault

I thought Peter quoted an excerpt from the Beatles' biography on the making of their final studio album and title song.
(Edit: just saw AJD's comment. I was still typing mine out. Lol.)
