I believe so. The new release is coming “soon”.Is the latest poly firmware version 2.0.4?

v2.0 still lacked the ability to play microSD music files directly from the app without 3rd party app. Before v2.0 time was really more like "early-access" buildIt did with v2.0

In fairness, that was never part of the Poly development plan. So, if this works well, I consider it a bonus. Chord always stated they would work through 3rd party apps rather than try to develop their own.v2.0 still lacked the ability to play microSD music files directly from the app without 3rd party app. Before v2.0 time was really more like "early-access" build

I guess the bar was that low, haha. I considered out of beta meaning that the device actually functioned. To me, that was v2.0. Lol

I see. I expected when a dap has an sd slot I can playback music on sd card natively without needing another piece of software. In fairness, that was never part of the Poly development plan. So, if this works well, I consider it a bonus. Chord always stated they would work through 3rd party apps rather than try to develop their own.

I have no idea what that experience must have been likeWell, frankly, I was ecstatic to not have to use the pin anymore!
I totally understand the pain and joy of being an early access user - I was an early adopter of Linn’s network streamer more than a decade ago.

Oh no - why, why!! Mconnect just got another update yesterday to v3.3.46 and now UPnP is once more totally broken. Sigh.
Just opened up Mconnect as a test, all my UPnP / DLNA devices are showing up except the Chord Poly.
So it looks like a Chord Poly problem.
Bin the Pin as I recallWell, frankly, I was ecstatic to not have to use the pin anymore!

Early adopters are not Leading Edge but often Bleeding Edge. Just glad I stuck with it. Poly and 2go.I have no idea what that experience must have been like
