Bluetooth Question: Hey all. I just upgraded my Fiio X7 MK2 (that unit got all sorts of usage over the past 5 years) to the Cayin N6ii/E01.. and what a massive upgrade!!! Question: I am using BW PI7 as my wireless option. And Apple Music download as my source music. I usually am running Meze Solo or IMR Dark Matter or LCD 1 out of my Cayin.. and running my PI7s off my Apple Phone w/ACC Codex. Well imagine my joy when my Cayin started sending AptxHD to my PI7s.. But.. alas.. I cannot figure out how to ”balance“ out my wireless off Bluetooth. Help!! … I have explored around the unit, but cannot figure out a way to “balance” off the bluetooth signal. Many thanks in advance!!!

Hi, could you please explain what you mean by "balance off the Bluetooth signal"?

If you use a DAP as a Bluetooth receiver then many allow balanced output, if that what you mean?

Sorry. I mean move the balance slider... Right to Left balance.. My right ear is a bit weaker than my left.. too many concerts probably… Anyway…. That balance…

Lots of great DAPs out there, what ,if any does the N6II do better than a lot of the other newer daps out there thanks for suggestions

New post, old thread, but I just sprang for a used N6ii with R01 and A01 on a mission to have a competent backup to my L&P P6Pro that I can travel with (L&P ain't Goin to the beach!) and if it breaks, it wasn't even half of its original cost. I haven't even heard a DAC with the AKM chips, but having an r2r backup at 1/4 the price sounds good (financially, if not aurally).

A new source is exciting, even if it's older than old!

I have some super capacitor mods with A01 and E02 which are quite interesting, A01 after super capacitor mod gives a brighter sound, less warm, tight bass, better instrument separation, more precise placement. with E02 after super capacitor mod I don't seem to see much difference, maybe I need time to hear more or burn
