I wonder if Titanium N6ii has CPU or other chipset upgrade. Or if just the case is different material.

Shame about the UI lol , I love it outside of that though.

Is that a Titanium chassis or just titanium coloured stainless steel?

Now there's a question... I really hope it's a Ti Chassis.

now to see if it can outdo the p6 pro
The p6 pro has over double the price tag.
So in total performance it's unlikely.

In price performance ratio, it's an easy win for the Cayin tho

Were there any other technical details released for the r01 that I missed? Or just that it'll be a r2r type dac with no line out and it'll be around $600 usd.

Can anyone point me in the general direction of what benefits an r2r dac brings to the table? I ask as someone who uses the e01 exclusively with iems (don't really see the benefits of balanced), and almost exclusively for streaming via Spotify. That's a high price tag to add on to a 2 year old dap, that's running an almost 4 year old mobile OS that seems unlikely to get any more updates.

Will you also continue R2R technology in future products?
Ever since the Hifiman R2R2000 I was hoping for others to create mobile R2R solutions als well.

This today was the best DAP announcement in years!

We won't discuss future product specifically, but I can tell you that if we don't explore R2R technologies in other area/product, we'll make a big lost in our R&D department. The R01 Audio Motherboards can hardly recover the R&D expense we allocated to R2R technologies.

Only Titanium chassis, everything remain the same as original N6ii including CPU, circuitry, PCB, or firmware.

just when i got my self my first android player with E01 yesterday, they launch new portfolio. hope this still stand for 2022.

We didn't launch a new portfolio. The Titanium N6ii is exactly the same as your N6ii except the chassis. They even run on same set of firmware.

R01 is the final Audio Motherboard, but given the N6ii firmware are pretty stable, I don't see why you can't use it till 2022.
