good luck with the
Dx220.
No luck unfortunately :/

At 126*70.5*18.7 and 240g it's not much smaller than the DX200 so it's still bulky

DX200 with amp 8 (4.4mm balanced module) does 6.2 vrms for comparison.

Thats 6.2 x 6.2/32 = 1.2 Watts /1200mW @ 32Ω

A little overkill if you ask me

I would prefer longer battery life but some may want more power.

When we stated 530mW @32Ω for headphone output, we are referring to 530mW per channel at 32ohm loading. This is the normal practise when we specify the rated output of a stereo amplifier.
The Vrms, on the other hand, should refer to total output instead of per channel rating, but I suggest you check with other manufacturer if you are in doubt.

Perhaps when they release the M13

The M11 probably wouldn't be a big enough jump from the N5ii to be worth it.
You walk a lot ?

When can we see impressions or reviews of the unit?
I've been checking dx220 thread and lots of bugs already being reported.
For the price of $1200 how confident
are you that the unit will run smooth and bug free?

The most frequently asked question about N6ii so far :
The Suggested Retail Price of N6ii (with A01 Audio Motherboard bundled) is US$1,199

Pls tell me you guys will do an Audio Motherboard with multibit (or R2R) DAC chips?

Love the modular design plus the I2S output but, to really stand out, it's time for something more than common DS chips.

The specification are as follows:

I'll rewrite the Post #1 later today, if you have following all the updates recently, there isn't anything new, but I'll do that to make it easier for new comers. :beerchug:
When and where can we buy it?

While it may be OK for you its a bit unwieldy for me. Your mileage may vary for these kinds of things

well I will be all up for that as well and not because other chips are common but because it would really give a wideer choice
and one N6ii with 2 Mboards could be easier compared to let say R2R2000 and SP1000M (that examples more than anything else of r2r and "more common" chip dacs ;] )
