Does anyone know where i can purchase a carry case or pouch for the Denon D2000+ range? The D1100s came with a faux leather pouch but the D2000 winging their way to me are bigger so i doubt they'll fit comfortably.

Theres some chinese guy selling a hippocase with some foam cut out on ebay.com, but its like $45 for a fairly cheaply made solution. The better padding for the headphones the better too.

Cheers,
Andrew

I have a Pelican 1300 that I would be willing to trade with you for something.

Waterproof, unbreakabbe, an built like a tank, I might have the Pluck ad peel foam that is a add-on. Make me offer that I can't refuse.
I carry all my headphones in that I use (IEM's are the exception, of course, those I use an Altoids tin

It looks like something like this:

If you want to pay the premium to have a preformed foam inside, the LCD-2 travel case fits them perfectly.  I have used my LCD-2 plastic travel case to carry my AH-D5000 many times.

I just wound up buying the pelican 1300 for my D5000, its a little cheaper than the LCD-2 case (same case) just doesn't have custom molded foam.  I definitely will be giving this to my wife though to do the "pick and pluck" portion.  I don't have the patience for that LOL.

HesterDW just so you know i was referring to the 1300 being too large for me, not the 1200 - in that picture it's carrying 2 fat PS2s and loads of other stuff. So any tips for cutting the foam, stanley knife? Scalpal? Should i just cut out spaces for the cups? Don't want to mess it up experimenting and need to order more foam.
