My desktop setup consists of a Musiland 02 paired with a fiio e9 and I am lookng for something portable that can decently power my DT770/250 and PFE 112's. Not looking for anything that can power them like my e9 just something that can do it decently at less than $150.

Was looking at the ibasso T3 or T3D but cannot find the difference between them. Anything else out there that might so the job?

I don't think those will be able to pull off the job.
The amps that probably can are well over your budget.

Nothing in the $150 bracket will drive a 250 ohm headphone. You will need to step up to the approx $250 bracket by getting amps like the Ibasso P4+ or the Headphonia Arrow.

Hmm I guess I will just look out for something in the used market. Was thinking of something like the UHA-4 but i will just wait and continue to use my PFE 112's on the go.

I've used the Pa2V2 with my DT880 250 Ohm '05's and it runs them alright, but they start clipping and distorting at moderate/high- high volumes so you might want to use something with a little more juice.
