I use Shure grey soft flex on my DBA-02's. Same set have been very secure on the nozzles for over a year. Use the same size as fits from the OEM tips.

I tried Olives on the DBA's and didn't notice any improvement in SQ, and I didn't like the amount of force required to remove them.

What are the main differences between the grey sleeves and black ones (I have black Shure sleeves and the MEE A151 tips seal better than them, but the stock B2s seal better than the A151s).

I believe that the Shure black sleeves (intended for their E2 model) only fit on larger 5.5mm nozzles. I used the black E2c tips on NuForce NE-7M, but those would not fit the 3.5mm nozzles of the B2/DBA-02.

That's weird...  They fit on my B2 nozzles fine (otherwise I would not have been able to test them :p)

OK, I guess I'm sticking with the A151 tips until Raz gets back to me (they are similar to the shape of the stock B2s, except the B2s are a little thicker than the A151s and have a slightly more rounded shape at the tip)...  Thanks for the suggestions everyone.

The Shure Olives fit...but they expand when you put them on the DBA 02's/Brainwavz B2. They won't fit on your other earphones no moar ):

Does the B2s get a lot smoother with burn-in. My seems to. I don't think it is a placebo affect. Really loving it now.

Yes, the thumpyness of the bass lowers tremendously (overstated a bit), but it is still there though (it doesn't ever completely subside).  The sub/deep-bass does stick around though.  Glad you're enjoying them.  I am too :)

I really doubt about this "burn in" effect. Was using my DBA-02 for over a year and just had my B2's recently and after comparing both, they sound 95% the same.

Do you mean "Beats"?

I think he meant the Brainwavz Beta, in which case it's hard to compare since one driven by a dynamic driver while the B2's are dual BA's.

Anyone know which Ety triple flange or Klipsch double fit the B2s?

I think I've decided that silicon/gel tips provide better sound than complys, trimmed or otherwise.  So I'd like to get deeper silicon tips to try to warm up the sound a bit.

The nozzle size is the same as the Etymotic so they all fit. Alternatively you can get the Shure triple flanges but you would have to cut the stalk a bit. If you do get the Shure and cut the stalk you can use that a spacer for other tips such as those from the bigger type nozzles usually in dynamics.
