I will say that I don't know jack about over the head headphones... Yet.
 
But, If it were my choice. I would choose the Sennheiser HD598.

Ok. So I am down to 4 final headphones. I want everyone's opinion: 
 
1. Senn HD598
2. Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro
3. Skullcandy Mixmasters
4. Audio Technica ATH-ESW9A
 
I want good bass, Good Noise Isolation, And overall good sound. I am sick of the Dre's. The line is so terrible that I feel bad for even considering them. haha

DT770 all the way. Big throbbing gobs of bass. can be subtle as well.

Have a look at focal spirit one (2013), logitech ue6000 and sennheiser momentum, all good sets of cans with everything on your list, by the way on the logitechs you can have it on passive. They should all fit your criteria, have a look at http://www.innerfidelity.com/headphone-data-sheet-downloads to see what their like because I can't remember the signatures off the top of my head but have a look
