Zana Deux also is a very good match, but WA6SE which is a lot cheaper, had the same performance, very little sonic differencies between them.
Don't know nothing about Decware.

What is the sonic differencies between WA5LE and WA6SE maxxed?

i never listened a WA5LE, but IMO it is best tube amp, Period. It has more than double the power of WA6SE which is allready very powerfull with 6FD7 and EML or SP rectifier. I started to dream very often about a maxxed WA5LE

.....someday I will have it.

Reporting after 50 hours of burn-in, T1's was changed very much from my previous statments, "strange" imaging and presentation is completely gone! Bass has come to life! i hear very much of it, it is about the same quantity as HD650, but quality wise faar better. It became faster now, not how i remembered at first, better punch and more dynamic, IMO it puts all Grados to shame. Will see how it will be after 100-200 hours of use.
I really love them now, it sounds very different than my previous DT880, i mean VERY different, and i'm liking them more and more

^^is it very different from hd650 or just a refinment?
Frankly,I want to sell my d5000 because I don't think they are better than hd650,they are more refined with clearer presentation and timbre but I am not impressed especially at their price tag.the T1 or dx700 are the only one I am considering bit I heard dx700/1000 are also a bit dark like sennheiser and not very different.I want very different headphone from hd650 to complement it,will the T1 become a good choice?

Also are they harder to drive than the 650?will the wa6 be sufficient?
Thanks.

But again this is from a guy (me) who like K701 a lot. :p

This post scares me.If the T1 has anything related to the k701 or even have the same performance,I will dismiss them immediatly.I don't want another headphone that has a flawed performance...

I like the T-1's more than my 800's and I despise the sound from the K701's.

Just goes to show how different we all hear, and how different our needs are.
I guess you have try them for yourself before buying.

Funny, I love the T1 and K702...and certainly not because they are similar.

how is the treble of T1 in comparison to k70*?is it sharp, metallic and fatiguing like the k70*?and how is the detail retreival and soundstage?better than akg?
thanks.
EDIT: one more thing,is the fit snug and nice like the hd650 or is it clumsy and stupidly loose like something like k701 and d5000?

T1 has a very smooth and cohesive, yet detailed high end. Certainly not fatiguing. On the other hand, I don't find K702's high end to be sharp, metallic or fatiguing either...
Fit is very good. Probably the most comfortable headphone I own.

thanks for the answer.i am not looking for comfort entirely,d5000 is very comfy but they wiggle and it is nearly impossible to use them in bed while lying down, does the T1 wiggle or does it stay in place with a good grip?
