Quick question, what's the inside/outside diameter of the gels? I don't have Beyers so saying it's the same as the leather/velor won't help

Hmm Beyerdynamic is kinda slow. Couple hours away from being 3 days since I placed my order and they still haven't shipped. My CC has been charged. Oh yay the waiting game.

Edit: nevermind, their website didn't update, they shipped them out within 24hrs.

I exchanged my gels for leather pads. The gels were most comfortable and the isolation was great—I felt like even a bit too well. They do start out quite cool when you first put them on, but got a little too warm for me after an hour or so.

The leather pads are a good compromise. The isolation and comfort is definitely better than the stock velour, but not to the point of affecting the sound. The leather look best too.

Please note that the transparent /white gel's from Beyerdynamic tend to discolor over time and get a bit brownish. They are still very comfortable.
