what took you so long? :p
It really is great indeed

I thought it was only a black pleather earpad version of DT770PRO, no difference than DT770PRO M.
I was completely wrong and you know how do I feel right now XD~~~

... it would seem the LE is a couple of milimiters wider than I assume the regular 770's,

That's surprising. Can anyone else confirm or deny this?

Any comparisons with COP or DT880? Do the LE 770's have a lot of bass as well or are they more neutral than 80 ohm version?

My only complaint is that those excellent phones are limited edition.
beyerdynamic should keep easy access to great product like this.

Can we get a bit more impressions apart from that they're amazing? ;P

Hows the bass, mids, soundstage, etc?  A local store has one available, and I wanna buy it, but I dont wanna rush without knowing if its worth it.  I want lots of sub bass, and hope they can deliver.

I don't think the LE is bigger/smaller than the regular pro, the velour pads e.g. are the same part number according to beyerdynamic.de

Received mine today... was expecting some kind of bass-head sound... not so. After warming up (they were on the delivery car and literally cold) the first impression is a bit similar to the K550, a bit stronger bass, very detailed, not bloated. Nice mids and highs, more detailed than the Momentum. Very good comfort, light, low clamping force but does not fall off when moving my head. First impressions with usage less than an hour... but definitely interesting.

Can someone who heard both the LE and Pro 80 ohm version compare them, even to a very small extent?  I have a choice of buying both, but 80ohm is available in the store right now, and cost 200$, while LE is 300$ and I'd have to wait for it for a week.  Also, I just found out that LE has a 1.6 meter cord...What?  That is way too short for me.
